"Learning for future" provides 165 young students from productions schools, most with fewer opportunities, some practical and professional experience abroad. The project is a result of a collaboration between four production schools and a SME in Denmark and a number of companies , organizations and schools in Norway , England, Germany , Cypress and Romania. The project includes the mobility of students from the creative workshops to Norway and from handcraft workshops to Germany and Romania and from Hospitality workshops to England and Cypress. The project also includes opportunities for the schools to strengthen their cooperation with partner organizations abroad through observation stays in foreign enterprises and VET schools. Finally, the project includes teaching assignments for Danish employees at foreign VET institutions The project is expected to meet learners' needs to gain practical experience and to provide them with clarification about their choice of profession. Participants will beside of their specific professional benefit also learn about local traditions , culture and language. To enhance students' learning will be organized an intensive preparation in which participants are given tools to deal with the cultural encounter, as well as a refresh of their English. The mobilities are expected to take place in autumn 2016 and winter/spring 2017.
