Learning during education and in the clinical field

Mentor training for nursing staff : The project partners have developed, tested and evaluated a training programme aimed at giving practicing nurses the necessary skills to act as mentors to students and have involved nursing staff in the develoment of the training materials. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
