UIT the new economic and trading environments created after the incorporation of new countries to the common market within the European Union, the harmonisation of legal frameworks for electronic commerce and electronic government is essential. The main aims of this project are thus: to create European Shared Virtual Campus on Law and ICT (Law and Information and Communication Technologies), the development of an international training programme, the identification of good practices in the teaching on ICT and Law, the creation of a Europe-wide network of experts in ICT and law to share to knowledge and disseminate the results and experiences and to encourage the mobility of teachers, students and professionals between countries, sharing knowledge about similar and divergent aspects in Law and ICT.
