The project has been prepared in compliance with the Educational Project of the IES Francisco Montoya where "the principles and educational purposes" are established in paragraph 2.3. “the national and European projection of teachers and students, through participation in cultural activities and exchange projects”. This project is organized with the cooperation of our institution and similar ones also in Portugal and France, which have come together with the common goal of improving skills of the staff and students, in terms of linguistic skills, autonomy, initiative and personal and professional development.
One of the main goals is to enable students with work experience in companies in the partner countries. It is intended to provide students with the skills required by the labor market of national and international importance. The mobility is arranged to have a duration of 4 weeks, accompanied by a Plan for Education and Training in Practice agreed between companies, institutions and students.
Our partners serve as intermediaries and manage contracts with companies where students will carry out the work work experience.
Eight students are taking part in the mobility, six students going to Portugal, and two students to France. The profile of the participants are students of Vocational Training Cycle "Microcomputer Systems and Networks" and students of Basic Vocational Training ''Computer Assistant " (1st and 2nd year).
As a result, we expect our students to achieve the objectives, and represent their school and their country with dignity and succeed in carrying out this training on a personal level as well as a professional level, increasing thus their skills.
The involvement and engagement of students in their school careers and helping them in the future in terms of employability and entrepreneurship is our main objective.
