“Non-formal education in Euromed, from discovery to professionalization” is a project to various stakeholders of non-formal education to reflect on their practice, develop their skills and acquire a European and International knowledge of non-formal education through mobility. Indeed, this project aims to reach a various public from unemployed youth interested in non-formal education to professional youth workers. It will provide individualized support in two group projects (a volunteer project and a project for the mobility of youth workers) . The project will enable those involved to live a professional or voluntary experience of non- formal animation in a foreign country. Beyond individual skills inevitably developed by each participant, this project aims to real exchange and dissemination of tools and good practice in non-formal education under the sign of reciprocity. Each participant comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the hoscting association and leaving with new skills to disseminate in his sending organization, every moment each part will take care for the dissemination and multiplication of those below each territories .
