Tallinn Kuristiku Gymnasium submits to teacher´s mobility project for 7 employees. The purpose of the staff mobility is to provide its participants expanded opportunities for self-improving and to establish connections with schools in Europe. Mobility helps employee´s professional development, creativity and improving their language skills. Mobility´s objectives are based on 21st century´s requirements and our school´s blueprint to be contemporary, innovative and adaptable: * to turn school through mobility participants more open, innovative, international, capable of development. * to support mobility participants mastering competences by encouraging their development and competitiveness in Europe. * to support mobility participants professional development by accomplish improvements and correcting teaching qualities. * increasing participants language skills and international communication experience. * increasing school´s capabilities, attractiveness and international dimension by taking part in international programmes. It´s important to integrate international experience into school life, adapting it to our school´s needs. Different native tongue than Estonian in Kuristiku Gymnasium among classes is 20-50 %, therefore there is a need to know principles of studies of organization in multi-cultural classroom. This certain staff mobility project gives teachers a chance to develop themselves in this field in Europe. We have a multifunctional classroom in our school (Prestigio mTeacher/mStudent) with multipanel and a classroom full of tablets. Because Estonia lacks such trainings we need these sorts of trainings in Europe. To improve learning environment child friendly are the best Europe´s practices in active- , creative- and project studies. Early school dropout prevention practices in Europe help us to work with this problem (given the location of the school). For school as an institution we need a global vision for modern, innovative management strategies. Applicants wishing to participate in mobility are Tallinn Kuristiku Gymnasium´s experienced and good specialists. Participants´s language level is B1, B2 or A1, ICT- equipments are used daily and everybody is team-oriented. Mobility applicants: Raino Liblik, principal – wishes to take part in The Convention of International Confederation of Principals (Helsinki). Helen Saarts, teacher of English – wishes to take part in the course “Creative Activities and Motivating Materials for Teaching English at Secondary Level (UK). Karmen Kisel, teacher of German – wishes to take part in “Method training for creative classroom experience in teaching German. Workshop for methodical topics of teaching German as a foreign language (Germany). Maarika Masikas, social pedagogue - wishes to take part in “The eight methods of fighting early school leaving” (Holland). Kertu Pildre, class teacher - wishes to take part in “Action Methods Improving Motivation and Quality in the Learning Environment” (Croatia). Viia Hang, ICT technologist, class teacher - wishes to take part in “ICT for Collaborative Project Based Teaching and Learning” (Malta). Külli Ratassepp, project coordinator, class teacher - wishes to take part in “Managing Cross Cultural Issues in Education” (Cyprus). Mobility was by choice in co-operation with employees and school´s management, according to employees’ needs and school´s blueprint. Employees had an opportunity to choose themself a course. At the project team meetings the need for trainings were justified, binding them with school´s blueprint. Kuristiku Gymnasium´s mobility team has worked out the action plan which is being followed. Every participant individually is interested taking part in the mobility and shows initiative by planning and conducting the actions. Dispatching employees to mobility is in accordance with school´s regulation and administration procedures. As a project outcome we expect that the applicant shares his/her experiences with colleagues at inner trainings, at subject section meetings, at methodology council, at neighbour school, publishes publication, complies study materials, advertises and shares them at our school´s ICT technologist blog as well as our class teacher´s and mobility blog, also at Koolielu portal and at our video diary. Applies acquired methods, demonstrates them at open classroom lessons to colleagues and parents. During project activities applicants language skills and entrepreneurship competences will improve and this in turn provides new opportunities for self- development. With employees professionalism increase the school´s standard will rise as well. Tallinn Kuristiku Gymnasium´s mission is emergent, trendy as well as competitive and school with good learning outcomes, where students are raised dignified citizens of Estonia, who are opened to international cooperation which in longer prospect combines school´s blueprint as well as staff mobility´s purposes.
