The title of project “Step by step to the successful future“ captures what we are endeavouring to achieve by its realization. We want to counsel participants to the successful future, completion of their goal life and prospect of employment by means of participants´ own experiences. The project is designed for students from Horehronie, from region, where is high unemployment factor. We want participants to be employed in future. Apart from it we want to support participants´ self- confidence, freedom of thinking, independence, learning of foreign languages, and knowing new things and cultures. We want to excite interest in Europe, European cultures and diversity of cultures at all. Sixteen students of Secondary vocational school of technics and services in Brezno will be participated in this project. The students study in the fields of innkeeper, catering industry, computer mechanic, entrepreneur school, and shop assistant. Internship will take place in the quality firms in Prague (The Czech Republic) and in Londonderry (North Ireland). We will cooperate with our two partners: Secondary school of Hotel services and Gastronomy in Prague and with North West Academy of English in Londonderry. The project is focused on development of social, personal, cultural and technical competencies of candidates. From the implementation of the project we expect also creation of new products in the form of promotion material – consisted of photographs, dialogues, articles and videos to motivate other students for foreign mobilities and also to motivate pupils of primary schools to study at Secondary vocational school of technics and services Brezno. After completing the internship participants of the project get Europass Mobility, the assessment of students´ result by tutors and certificate of completing internship from hosting organization. These documents will be big advantage for their professional growth. Experiences, ideas and views from foreign works and their gradual implementation into the teaching syllabi of school education programme and strategy of school development will be benefit for sending organization.
