The participant of the project is a rural vocational training school looking for chances for innovation. So far the school did not have any possibilities to send its teachers to field trips. The aim of the project is to renew and refresh the educational and training process in the organisation in order to fulfill our needs in education at European level. The project includes the following areas: - developing cooperation between open minded trainers and teachers and improving the quality of training; acquiring and practicing new methods in motivating the students - acquiring skills in using IT devices in the teaching process - improving the usage of foreign languages - modernising syllabuses The participant organistaion personnel includes - teachers of general subjects - vocational trainers and instructors (Woodworking, Mechanics, IT, Constructing, Trade-marketing fields) - school headmaster, deputy headmaster, vocational education rapporteur of the employer Outcomes of the project include: - acquiring new practical teaching methods used in motivating students during lessons - applying inclusive practical teaching methods - creating new shareable teaching materials - managing own projects involving foreign students - refreshing foreign language knowledge The main aim during the project is to improve the teaching skills of the participants to be able to motivate less-gifted students. This aim comes in effect in two ways: - activities done in the participant organisation: preparation for the field trip which includes courses on using IT devices, cooperation with open minded colleagues, processing of acquired experiences, making new syllabuses, holding workshops, transferring experiences to students, organising exhibitions and project management - activities during Mobility project: job shadowing and training courses in Belgium 20 people from our organisation are taking part in the project for 24 months. They will take two 8-day courses at the host organisation in the autumn of 2014 and 2015. As project outcome they are required to produce educational materials such as tutorial videos, syllabuses and lesson plans. These materials will be used to improve the level of education in our organisation.
