Evaluating the work being done during previous summer, the organization together with the EVS performers had an idea to continue the started initiative in the next summer. As well as this project would help to realize the basic objective of the union - meaningful leisure and support of youth initiatives.The aim of the project is a useful leisure opportunities for children by realizing their ideas.It is planned that there will participate 12 young people in the project, aged 17-30 years, from 4 countries - Spain, Portugal, Slovenia and Netherland who are motivated to realize their ideas in work with children.Project will give the opportunity for volunteers to develop an offer for children activities and camp, will give the opportunity for young people to organize and conduct thematic lessons for children during summer activity weeks for 7 weeks and summer camp for 1 week, and will help young people to evaluate their skills and abilities for their future development after the project. Both training and activities and evaluation will be done by the non-formal education methods during the project.The EVS project will enrich our center's activity by using the added inter-cultural dimension - volunteers from other country in our team. This project will provide two benefits - volunteers will be able to learn from our experience and methods, and the second one - we will be able to learn their experience and techniques.Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn how works our union, both in local and international level, how it is to live in another country, and to understand the local culture. Volunteers will gain self-confidence to carry out the project, when they get home, and to pass on the experience gained to others in their organizations. Young people will know more about Europe and how to become an active citizen. Acting in the international organization, they will feel more connected to the European and world level, and will better understand the positive impact on society.
