‘KEEP CALM and COMMUNICATE’ is a European Union Youth Project which is going to be held from 1st – 10th May 2015 in Şanlıurfa, Turkey ,aims to solve the communication problems that the youth experiences among each other and in the society.The reasons for communication problems are going to be searched with the method of active working. The writers of the Project has joined lots of training.They have observed the communicative problems and they have had lots of researches about the topic.They have worked with their partnes to find out the suitable learning techniques.It is planned to express themselves well in the end of the project facilities.It is aimed to increase and reinforce their acknowledgement about communication skills during the project. The location of the project is chosen according to the needs of the local society.Şanlıurfa is thought that it would be more effective to conduct to project. The participants of the project is determined in regards of gender balance.Communication skills and problems are considered from simple to complex and local to public.The participant countries which are Turkey, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria and Jordan are decided according to the distance and their cultural differences. The learning methods are investigated to decide the suitable ones before the project was written and the ones picked which is suitable to particapant can work actively and and motivated them to use what they learned. Also, the cultural nights will inform the participants about other countries culture. The project activities planned to include the local community to paticipate and effect them in positive ways. Short term goals of the project : -Making an awareness of communicative skills and communication problems in paticipants and local community. -Finding and applying different solution ideas about communication problems and adapting them to daily life. -Making an awareness of the possibilities in European Union Exchange Programmes in young people, living in Şanlıurfa who haven’t heard about it before. Long term goals of the project : -Building up a new generation who express themselves better and have a good impact on the participants. -Spreading up the positive effects of the project and its output all over the world.
