The Project 'KALEIDOSCOPE OF CULTURES' was a multinational mobility project of youth exchange with participation of youth groups connected with partner organizations from Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, Turkey and with participation of partner country: Ukraine. There were realised following aims and objectives of the project: 1) support of non formal education activities - to discover national cultures and regional cultural heritage and different aspects of culture: dance, music, theater, performance, visual arts and to support intercultural dialog, educational mobility, education of languages and motivation for life-long education; 2) aims in social activity area - to support social activities, active citizenship and other activities on local level; 3) aims connected with dissemination of the project and results. Project group was constructed by 40 young persons, 8 from every partner country, from non formal youth groups connected partner organizations Latvia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine and Poland. Main project activities: Preparation visit was realized in time period: 19.-21.07.2015. Programme of the youth exchange was realized in the time period: 09.-18.08.2015. During the youth exchange there were realized different workshops connected with culture and cultural heritage of regions and countries of the participating national groups and exchange of experiences in different aspects of cultures: music, dance, theater, performance, visual arts, legends and folk traditions. There were as well intercultural workshops and activities and cultural national evenings presenting all participating countries, their cultures and regional traditions. The final project result was the common prepared and realized public presentation of cultures and regional cultural heritage participating national groups from Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine. This dissemination of the project results - as e result of the work of common international group – was presented in form of public event – realized for the local society in the village Sorkwity in the evening of 15th august. On the event participants have presented results of all project workshops. Influence and long term benefits of the project on participant were noticed by increase of key competencies by participants, increase of their educational mobility and in the longtime perspective - increase of their chances on the labor market.
