Loimaa Adult Education Institution starts for the first time international project work. We want to develop the institution to an international, modern organization and adult educational establishment. To improve our educational standards, we are looking for new experiences and ideas from different cultures and learning environments. We would like to be a part of a network of adult educators and educational institutions. We are developing a program of teatcher visits to find knowledge, skills and teaching methods, which we can apply the instituion´s development of the teaching skills, as well as the reform of educational offerings. There will be seven teachers travelling to Norway, Iceland and the UK academic year 2016-2017. During these visits our aim is to learn also about European adult education institutions: what they offer to a student, what are their quality standards, learning enviroments and teaching methods. With all this we are supporting our institute´s development work with the aim to a modern high quality teaching also for new student groups for instance immigrants.The objective is to find a new inspiring learning path towards international learning culture and network.
