The project aims at developing new motivating methods for learning German language and culture sensitive communication skills in authentic working environments. The other main aim of the project is to solve the problem of lacking web-based learning and tutoring methods customised for mobile environment. The goals of the project will support open and flexible learning in work. It will thus combine formal and informal learning. The target groups are employees in SMEs and VET teachers and students. The project group will work closely with the target group to design, develop and test e-learning content, blended learning methods and mobile learning tools for VET in the context of German language and culture. The final products will be needs analysis of the target group, new learning and teaching methods accompanied with teachers guide, multiplatform mobile e-learning environment (computer software), tutoring system, learning objects, and teachers’ training manual and training course. The products will be in German language, information will be also in English. Dissemination of information and distribution of results will be done via brochures, publications, website also by national networks. Commercialisation of the training courses will be planned after the project. Participating countries: DE, EE, FR, FI, SE
