The project was created as a response to the increasing number of unemployed youth. To the project were involved countries like Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Latvia, Italy, Romania and Turkey. The project comprehensively affected the issues from both perspectives - in terms of youth - for the target group was organized Youth Exchanges (YE) between participating countries. This YE was focused onwhich raising awareness and empowerment because these enable employability of young people. In the context of YE we were monitoring outputs of discussions and activities about barriers and problems in the field of yiuth unemployment. Based on knowledges gained from participants we updated some activities in the next part of the project - Training course for workers with unemployed youth (TC). This TC was focused on supporting of mobilization and motivation of their self-development and looking for a job. Workers were sharing theit experiences from their countries during the project. They were also improving themselves in time management techniques, in leading the job interview and in understanding of internal resources of an individual techniques. In conclusion of the project was created brochure which provides informations about unemployment in each participated country and also provides interesting techniques for work with youth.
