This will include work to several objectives:Gather a wide range of knowledge and expertise from our geographically diversified partners, whose specialisation is diverse but yet complementary and boost mobility and understanding of concepts across the two regions that can be used beyond this projectDevelop capacity of youth workers and partners by creating multipliers and giving them access to the expertise of the network while developing an integrated training programmeApply this new capacity to organisations operating at the local level both in Europe and Asia so to reach out several and diverse groupsThanks to the feedback from our partners and the local target groups to conceptualise training material that can be used in different settings to train volunteers and target groupShare our results, experience and tools with a wide range of actors (NGO, government, universities) and put our new experience at disposal of several milieu and actorsWe expect to engage three different kind of stakeholdersNational and international organisations interested in the region and/or the topic by promoting debates and public engagementLocal and international NGOs by developing a training resource package linking (micro) entrepreneurship and sustainable tourismFormal educational institutions by integrating the the resource package into modules that can be taught at universitiesOur methodology will make use of non formal learning across all activities with use of creative methods, music, role plays and other artistic expressions that are functional to understanding and feeling each other's ideas and diverse cultural realities. We have positive experience from an approach dominated by learning by doing that mixes a theoretical part with practical experience and emotional learningMain outputs are:A training path allowing youth workers to become multipliers for topics related to sustainable tourism, entrepreneurship, training of marginalised and low-income communities leading to the creation of 150 multipliersAn open-access toolkit to a) train future multipliers on entrepreneurship, responsible tourism and the way their interplay can help reducing social inequality for low-income communities; b) provide tools and methods to approach youth with fewer opportunities and give them basic skills and understanding on responsible tourism initiativesA Training module suggesting how to best use the toolkit to train youth workers in various settings. Thanks to our interaction between formal and non-formal education partners, we will issue recommendations on how to integrate it into different formative paths, including as university moduleA website where all deliverables will be uploaded and being the primary tool for dissemination of our findings
