The general objective is to promote a cross-border cultural and creative industry in the sector of tourism, agriculture, food and traditional crafts for self-sustainable local development. This goal will be achieved through the creation of a network of eco-museums in the Mediterranean areas for the implementation of the European Landscape Convention.• Monitoring and taking a census of eco-museums in Europe and regional legislation on the matter.• Definition and drawing up of property atlases in electronic format - interactive "Community Maps".• Training, in the field, of eco-museum operators, with the active collaboration of the host eco-museum.• Establishment and setting-up of local associations for the active management of the eco-museum. The aim of this action is the sharing of responsibilities for the maintenance of landscape and promotion of local food and craft products.• Testing "best practices" for the activation of processes of local sustainable development: a) tasting and craft trails with the involvement of local actors b) tourist promotion through website c) traveling exhibition.• Implementation through reuse of the website "ecomuseipuglia.net".
