Job of My Life is a youth exchange that involves 49 youngsters (aged 18-30) from Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Latvia.The project will take place in the Province of Lecce (ITALY) according to the non-formal educational approach.The main project's topic are the employment and the european citizenship lead by analysing in details the different types of employment, the European mobility, the creativity and the enterrpreneurship, typical problems about employment that youngsters could face in the next future.The activities will be mainly led by means of woorkshops, role-plays, games, meeting with experts and discussions.The learning outcomes of participants can be briefly summerized, as follows:- Provide them a clear vision on the labour market and their possible future career- Respect both of manual and intellectual works- Break stereotypes towards workers or work-places from other cultures and nations- Increased creativity and enterpreneurship- Positive attitude towards European mobility opportunities- European citizenship and European awarness- Knowledge about the problems of labour market- Increased ability of team-working- Capability to edit an EUROPASS CV and Motivation Letter
