The study visit took place in Yerevan , Armenia, during 6 days off travel, to the 25 until the 31of October 2014. This visit involved four countries : Russia , Latvia, France and Armenia. This visit follows several contacts locally in France : 2 youth exchanges between Léo Lagrange Sud-Ouest and Staraya Mel'nica who took place in Russia, Novosibirsk, in 2013 and 2014 ; a meeting about the development of the culture in the city between the cultural center of Yerevan and Tournefeuille , a city near Toulouse ; a longstanding cooperation between Latvian and Léo Lagrange Sud-Ouest organisations. Léo Lagrange Sud-Ouest, who is related to all the partners listed , has naturally offered to coordinate the project. As each partner got common skills to conduct cultural activities, we choose to do a study visit who had been focused on the theme of the culture as a way of educating young people and local development . The idea of sharing the techniques, skills, and the artistic vision of each meet the objectives and a process of openness to others. This visit has been an opportunity to confront the host technical and animated young audience. The methods used will be active and participatory : exchange of knowledge, practices and knowledge of the other. It represented an opportunity to share experiences, collective expertise and mutual enrichment for youth players . The tour will include - Some knowledge of the institutional , professional and cultural environment of the host partner and mutual understanding of participants : presentation of structures represented their actions facing the audience - Theoretical inputs on Culture and Entertainment, - Workshops and exchanges of information and discussion on common themes ( Workshop on Youth and creation , practical workshop on techniques of animation , exchange workshop on cultural policies in each country) and discussion (debate on education , citizens and cultural issues ) - A record of the meeting and the prospects of possible actions. This study visit aims at mutual understanding and development of skills of participants in youth , community development and cultural activities ( technical and educational ) policy. Visiting times will illustration of what is proposed by local policies and youth culture.
