The ERASMUS+ program FOR THE TRAINING OF EUROPEAN PROFESSIONALS and SCHOOLING OF PUPILS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS propose on the initiative of the vocationall High school Jean d' Arcet a partnership with the Istituto Professionale di Stato per Enogastronomia e Ospitalità Alberghiera "Bernardo Buontalenti". We shall organize over two years as from September first, 2015, two types of activities: we shall offer to 25 pupils the possibility of making abroad a part of their legal periods of training in occupational environment. Secondly for the French staffs, the possibility of developing their skills by observing the Italian practices by integration in Buontalenti's forms. The objective is to internationalize the local action of our public institution so as to favor the success of every pupil. On one hand by training European professionals, having developed intercultural skills as the use of the languages in their speciality. On the other hand by training the educators in the including practices of the pupils with particular needs. he pupils will make in Tuscany a company internship or in training center (Buontalenti) which will implement the operational and social skills of the job, according to the specifications of the French diploma. The staffs will follow to Florence a training to deepen their practices - of evaluation of the skills - to welcome dyslexics, hyperactive, handicapped persons … - of integration of foreign languages in not linguistic disciplines; All of them will capitalize training credits by means of certificates Europass Mobility and the ECVET.
