This project evolves because of the need of our teachers for further proffesional development. We Have planned 10 mobilities and we expect that all of them will improve -except of other things- language skills of our teachers. We have planned 4 language courses for 2 weeks abroad, 2 specific courses "soft skills" and 4 job shadowings at 2 atractive schools of our partners form KA2, which are very reputable not only in their countries. The teachers will be sent to different types of courses and activities chosen according to the specific needs of the pariticipating teachers and the needs of our school. The coordinator will comunicate with the hosting organizations and monitor the whole project. An important part of the activity is a feedback from our teachers. They will have to submit an evaluating assement which the teachers have to do after their return. The teachers are also requiered to create and later update their Europass after the course. We suppose the impact will be seen on the quality of our teaching and higher motivation of our teachers. This impact is obviously expected to be visible on our students too. We think that hihger number of employees and students will be more effectivelly involved in work on the EU programms , such as our running programme KA2 "Notes of Europe" Our long term vision of our school is to improve the quality and effectivity of our teaching not only in Czech language but also to be able to offer lessons in English. We believe that after such an experience as beeing involved in Erasmus+ programm, our teachers and students will be better prepared for their further studies and their proffesional and also private life.We also expect a higher interest for further studies abroad and consequently it may lead to higher employability of young people. We see an important value in the possibility of comunication among other european people which opens up the minds and helps in discovering new cultures and international contacts.We are sure that we have planned thoroughly a detailed strategic conception for further education of our stuff and we are sure that we have a good base for the successfull realization of our project. The main aim is to improve the competences of the teachers. The impacet of this project would definitelly not end only at chosen group of teachers but their gained knowladge and competence would spread among the teaching stuff and also among the students and public. We think that proffessional development of our teachers will lead to a longterm proffit for our school and our region.
