In the "Italian experience in agritourism" project will participate twenty students from PG po SS "Han Asparuh" Isperih trained in specialties Agricultural Mechanization, Agriculture and Rural Tourism have not participated so far in Action Mobility in sector program "Leonardo da Vinci" - "Lifelong Learning" program. This circumstance they will declare personally in application, which will apply to participate in the project and preliminary educational training and cultural preparation. Potential users must meet the criteria described in the proposal. After preconditioning 25 students will be selected. Thus, in case of unforeseen circumstances, it appears that a student can not continue their participation in mobility to be replaced by another (ie, there will be five students in reserve ).
The "Italian experience in agritourism" project meets to the growing needs of the students from diverse professional knowledge, skills and competencies and improves the practical skills of boys and girls. Students will have the opportunity to practice the acquired knowledge in the theoretical classes.
The "Italian experience in agritourism" project’s main objective is to improve the knowledge and practical skills in the field of vocational training in agriculture and tourism, to improve the quality of education and to increase the mobility of the taught students.
The specific objectives which achievement the current project proposal is targeted are: to improve knowledge, skills, competences and qualifications of 20 potential participants from PG po SS; to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and training in the area of the Isperih municipality; during the preparation and implementation of the mobility will continue the interaction and cooperation between PG po SS, Isperih, Bulgaria and Fattoria Biologica Patrice, Spoleto, Italy as representatives of two European countries involved in the vocational education and training; the mobility participants will explore the Italian experience in providing tourist services in conjunction with its own production of organic products in the farm of the partner and will explore the ways and methods of management of agricultural farm and will show their skills and competencies which will enhance their self-esteem. This will help them successfully compete in the European labor market and personal development. By preliminary mobility program students will get acquainted with the history, culture, sights and traditions of Italy - Umbria and "The Eternal City" - Rome.
The results we expect to achieve with the implementing of the project are:
- improved and enhanced professional theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and competencies of 20 students from PG po SS;
- improved language communication abilities, with extensive vocabulary of technical terms used in organic farming and agritourism;
- students well acquainted with the history and geography of Italy, one of the economically developed countries;
- improved abilities for finding job and applying for one and decreasing the qualification shortage.
The project proposal implementation will start with preliminary preparation which will be implemented by teachers of the school in its building.
The mobility will be implemented in Spoleto, Italy – one of the leading touristic European destinations.
The practice will be implemented through the months of April and May 2015 on our partner’s proposal in their own farm.
