Background of the project: Europe- focused school profile and profile of internationalisation of the Europagymnasium. Targets of the project: Enlargement of the international level and the European dimension as well as internationalisation in the context of SQA. Improvement of the skills of the teachers in the professional, the foreign- language and intercultural sector 12 participants of the school. Participation in international In- service trainings to increase the quality of lessons. Participation in Job Shadowing to get to know new teaching methods and to use and improve these in the lessons. Mode to execute the project: International cooperation at all levels (teachers and students mobility etc). Use of modern techniques of communication and also eTwinning. Results and long-term benefits: Improvement of teaching competences. Introduction of alternative and new teaching methods. Motivation of teachers and students. Long-term and sustainable raise of school quality and the European dimension at our school.
