Partners in this projects are Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnitz e.V. (Germany) and Eurocultura (Italy). This project will be realized as a one-week-stay of employees from early-childhood education of Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnitz e.V. in the region of Vicenza, Italy. The educational curriculum for saxony offers no possibilities for international further education. International educational theorys can advance work in early childhood education in Germany. This further education is splitted in a theoratical and a practical part which alternate each other. The intention of this further education trip will be to meet information requirements and to motivate the participants in their daily work as well. Also desirable is the integration of cultural diversity in daily work. The activity-oriented approaches as well as didactic methods from foreign countries facilitate the qualitative development of regional qualification offers. These requirements are for example mainly human-resource allocation, managment of a kindergarten, organization and realizations of further education, education and activity-oriented implementation of pedagogical work (best-practice-models).Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnit e.V. is an innovative and open-minded association for more intercultural education in future. After all, the further education will end with an evaluation at three levels. First of all participants with Eurocultura in Italy. Second: participants with Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnitz e.V. and the third one Eurocultura and Vollkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnitz e.V. together. At long term this project will help participants to get an higher education and establishments will be more open for european influences. After the successful end of this project Volkssolidarität Stadtverband Chemnitz e.V. hopes that it can offer more of this intercultural further educations together with other companys.
