Project background: The reform of the regional and national labour markets to a European labour market with global networking has changed the requirements for our school in terms of orientation and motivation of the young generation. Our school has now to prepare primarily to focus the students on Europe and on the European labour market in particular in the use of language and in mobility. Therefore it is important that intercultural competences and the project management skills of the College are clearly sharpened in the orientation on Europe and the world of business. Skills and interdisciplinary competence must be the primary part of a Europe-open school intercultural.In this way, we use the possibility of imparting skills on intercultural training courses and project management training. It is of particular importance that teachers attend the courses together with teachers from other countries, so that the intercultural learning and teaching not only during the seminars but also private meeting afterwards and thus partnerships can be manifested. The same time our teachers get to meet each other by the European training and a possibility of potential project partners can be intensively develop to enable student exchanges, E-twinning or job shadowing in the future.Project targets: The long term improvement of intercultural skills and project management skills with regard to the European and global development of the College is the primary target of the measure.Number and profile of participants: 2 participating teachers should:1. agree to training abroad2. have sufficient language skills to be able to constantly to improve and expand discussion in the field of youth language,3. be willing to spread the European idea in the College, and to the students in a lively manner and that is sustainable and for the long term,4. targeted and assisted by example: CLIL – to integrate the European idea into the classroom as a part of daily life. Description of the measures: Participation in intercultural project management training course in a foreign language (see course program)Methodology for the implementation of the project: Through the practice-oriented training courses intercultural competence in the classroom should be implemented by means of new strategies and structures in the field of methodology and didactics of learning and teaching, European projects should be institutionalised and substantially via the project management skills of the teacher.Description of the outcomes and impacts and potential long-term benefits: The theoretical and practical insights from the seminars / workshops will be motivating and will evaluate the impact on intercultural learning and intercultural work in school and dealing with European projects more effective. The training will qualify the teachers to inspire our teachers, even more for European projects and as a means to expand the intercultural project work, to use linguistic and social skills of students and this thus holistically prepare for the new challenges in the life and work.
