The youth exchange “Intercultipreneur” aims to bring together 25 young people from 45different European countries and give them the opportunity to learn about the theme of social entrepreneurship for youth community development in multicultural environment and to get practical experience through various group activities and interaction with organisations related to the topics. The participants come from four AFS organisations from Hungary, Belgium Flanders, Czech Republic, Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The organisations already have good cooperation based on the student exchange programs and the internal voluntary programs they run. The participants will have the chance to learn the basics of how to create and sustainably maintain a social entreprise based on the needs of the local multicultural community and how to include the elements of intercultural learning and understanding. We are going to share good examples of already existing social entrepreneurships, intercultural community initiatives and stories of inspiring young people. The aim of the partner organisations it to discover the ways to youth community development with a new approach, strenghten the cooperation between each other and start new project based on what the participants learn at the "Intercultipreneur" project. Participants will be asked to join one of the following thematic groups: Learning together (educational projects) Creative community (artistic projects) Recycling is fun! (creative recycling project) Talent in exchange (services and sharing network project)
