The project "Integration of best practices and new methods in school education" is subordinate to the strategic direction of the Professional School "Prof. Dr. Zlatarov" - Vidin. Its main objective is to achieve quality in education. For this purpose we need motivated students, capable and ambitious teachers, quality and modern teaching methods and approaches. With this project we have the following specific objectives: - To improve the professional competence of teachers in the use of new methods of training and integration of information technology in the learning process; - To improve foreign language competence of the participants; - To increase the capacity to provoke changes aimed at modernizing and opening up to international cooperation of educational organizations; - To enhance the attractiveness and international dimension of the organizations partners of vocational education to enable them to offer programs which meet better the needs of people in Europe; During 12 months of the project will be involve six teachers from the Professional School "Prof. Dr. Zlatarov". They will hold a two-week mobility of educational practices. Our partner is Augusto Cabrini High school, city Barreiro, Portugal. The theme of mobility is the new training methods and integration of ICT, use of e-learning content and systems for e-learning. In the Project we formulated three learning outcomes. Learning outcome 1. Describe the training content and curricula of partner schools in their area; Learning outcome 2. An electronic educational content; Learning outcome 3. Uses various training methods. For the implementation of activities will be used the following methodology: Selection of participants based on developed and delivered portfolio; Preparation which besides on-line English language training and a course in Portuguese, knowledge of the work program and partners, presentation the cultural characteristics of the host country; Conducting mobility; Recognition, validation and evaluation of the mobility period and certification of participants; Evaluation and dissemination of results. Expected results: - 90% of users are satisfied with mobility, positively assess new opportunities for career development; - Increase the professional skills of teachers and a positive overall assessment of the mobility of at least 80% of participants; - Improvement of language competences -100% of the participants with a certificate at least one foreign language; - Developing personal and social qualities, enriched cultural worldview - at least 90% of users stated in their interviews that result; - 100% of teachers certified by the host organization, received a Europass mobility and qualification validated by the sending organization; - Durable and promising partnership with the host organization; By achieving the planned results expected impact on the participants, through the formation of new professional skills and personal qualities; Increased motivation and provoking new plans for professional and personal development and fulfillment; Increasing foreign language competence and confidence to communicate in a foreign language; Expanding social experience and cultural world view of the participants; With the implementation of the project will deepen the partnership between organizations and to increase confidence and transparency of qualifications; Will create a mechanism for implementing ESVET in future exchange students. In the long run the project will contribute to the motivation of people to be mobility, contribute to improving the quality of VET, and thus to improve the quality of human resources.
