Project examines the ecological and social values of different sites in the Gulf of Finland, and produces material to support the operational decision-making in the situation of oil hazard at the sea. Project collects existing data and compiles of instructions for targeting the operational measures in oil repression and collection. Data will also be utilised in training, publicity and information measures as well as in affecting the attitudes. Network gathers oil repression and environmental authorities, experts and NGOs together, and the project aims at a curriculum for training in the field.
