INSPIRE, EMPOWER, CREATE - Global Youth Exchange 2016 is a project uniting 18 organizations from Austria, Russia, Portugal, United Kingdom, Israel, Egypt, Georgia, Italy, France, Germany, Tunisia, Poland, Palestine, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Macedonia and Greece to profoundly train youth workers on a sustainable youth exchange concept and to realize a set of youth exchanges in the period of 2016, 2017 that follow our joint mission. It is a collaboration of organizations who aim at counter acting hostile behaviour of governments and companies, to empower young people to go forward with passion and talent that they have, using the community as a pool of resources. This project will host a training course in Russia with 36 participants and a youth exchange in Austria with 60 participants including youth with special needs. This project is aimed at fostering the partnership of the involved organizations - globally and locally, making it a basis for empowerment and opportunities for young people of each of the participating regions. On the long run this consortium will plan to realize large scale youth exchanges creating profound potential for personal and community development. We would like to create a network of innovation supporting a progressive, global civilization to grow.
