As an Institution our aim is to prepare the students for a higher education,career,real life and work areas by giving them a common culture. We want our students to gain self-confidence,responsibility and sense of self-development and to get the habit of labour and solidarity. Also, we intend to gain our students creative and critical thinking skills and to be able to learn enough English so that they can follow the developments and changes in the world.And we aim the students to produce knowledge by using technology and developing projects. In adition, we aim to get our students consider lifelong learning . to obey international standards in the fields of production and service and encouraging of certification by giving a qualified education. By participating the training course we aim to support our students in personal development and employability in the European labour market.We would like to innovate and improve the quality of teaching and enhance our foreign language competence.Thanks to these courses we will have opportunity to build international contacts and to actively participate in society and develop a sense of European citizenship and identity.We will increase the attractiveness of our school.As a result of trainings we will be able to offer activities and programmes that better respond to the needs of our students.Through the learning period abroad we will have a better recognition of our competences and needs.We have chosen the courses in accordance with our needs and our desire to be more creative in our classrooms and to improve our skills and abilities.We want to expand our horizons so that we will be able to have our studets expand theirs.We want to learn new tools and techniques for innovative teaching, stimulate their imagination, motivation for creative thinking and learning.By the help of these course we expect to get more knowledge for methods of Cooperative Learning and to help our students raise their achievement,build positive relationships among themselves,have experiences necessary for healthy social,psychological and cognitive development.We belive the in-service training courses will be useful for our professional development.
