Innowacyjny staż zawodowy techników pojazdów samochodowych

The project will provide two four-week internships (Autumn 2015 and 2016) in Jobelmann BBS I Stande School, Germany and also car service stations for 12 students of 3rd. grade of TPS class (vehicle maintenance and repair) at the age of 18 years old under the supervision of a teacher. The internship combines 3 areas of teaching: participation in practical activities during school workshops, the work by the project's method - preparation of the project for the exhibition and vocational practice in the car service stations. Study of German language both standard and professional as well as European education will be integrated with the vocational education. The internship will be preceded by cultural and language preparation in Poland.
The project's goals:
- Improving the quality and attractiveness of vocational education,
- Constant increase in usage of innovations in vocational training,
- Introduce of modern methods and ways of working,
- The need for well-qualified staff, familiar with the standards and European norms and also languages,
- Promoting and supporting the European idea of learning throughout lifetime,
- Improving chances of employment, self-employment and enterprise development,
- Building a European state based on mutual understanding, tolerance and dialogue.
A long-term benefit is a help for young people to acquire practical education which makes it easier to find employment in the region as well as in modern vehicle repair facilities in the country and abroad. By obtaining a Europass certificate a participant gains a mobility on the European labour market. The project will increase the chance of a participant for employment by obtaining the value which shall be added in the vocational education: learning examples of good practice, intercultural education, training in the use of professional and standard German language, achievement of extra results beside of those that are received during standard schooling. The project will contribute to the achievement of the defined objectives, thus preventing the growth of unemployment through providing the labour market with very well-educated future employees.
Participants
They will learn about the requirements of employers and the specification of the European labour market, they shall take their chances in the labour market without having to worry. Students will present a greater self-confidence towards other people and especially customers, will be open and eager to cooperate, sensitive to both mental and cultural differences, fight against discrimination surely will be promoted. They will also learn how to plan and organize their own work, teamwork, communication, accepting responsibilities, decision-making creative thinking, and evaluating their own work.
