The project "Innovative technologies in circulation routes development" will be implemented by The School of Construction in Radom and The Construction Training Centre in Magdeburg. The project involves 96 students from the School of Construction in Radom who specialize in construction.This project responds to the needs of both European market and the local one and offers the possibility of extra vocational training, mastering professional skills as well as gaining new skills required in the field of paving industry.The project will be held in The Construction Training Centre in Magdeburg. The activities are scheduled to begin in September 2016 and finish in June 2018. The project provides placements for four groups of 24 students each. The training will take place in a modern well-equipped training centre in Magdeburg and will be conducted by its highly qualified staff with the use of the most modern methods and techniques. It will also involve in-company vocational training.The prime objective of the project is to acquaint its participants with innovative technologies and solutions applied in the area of professional pedestrian and vehicular routes development and to improve the qualifications and competences of the beneficiaries. Another important aim of the project is to observe European forms of education and labour standards in German companies. Owing to the participation in the project, the students are expected to develop effective learning skills and to improve linguistic competence required for communication on the European labour market. The project will also increase their awareness of European culture and help them develop their interpersonal skills (creativity, teamwork, mobility and responsibility).Participation in the project will have a long-lasting positive impact not only on the participants, but also on the whole institution and community.
