The assumption of the project is quality raising of the vocational training in Zespół Szkół and Placówek Kształcenia Zawodowego in Bielawa. There are two students’ mobilities in the project. The main aim of activities is to equip students with additional skills to broaden their employment opportunities. Students’ participation in the training abroad will let them to shape their practical skills. The project covers mobilities of 20 IT and construction students. During their stay in Germany, students will have an opportunity to face new technologies and materials which are used in this country. They will be able to form their practical skills. The project will allow to increase their language skills specially in terms of technical vocabulary but also in terms of creating appropriate relationships. Travelling abroad will develop students’ interpersonal skills, it will also influence their independence and self-assessment. At the end each student will get a certificate and an Europass Mobility document to confirm the trained skills. Youth will prepare training reports to evidence the training course and to evaluate the project. The German partner will provide students with well-equipped didactic stations while the training as well as accommodation, feeding, intercultural workshops in students’ leisure time, language training and trips devoted to some aspects of German culture and architecture. The factual care upon the training participants will be provided by teachers’ staff of partner institution.
