The project will gather 23 youth workers and youth leaders from 10 European Countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, FYROM, Italy), providing them with a possibility to exchange experiences and gain best practices in the field of cross-sectoral youth policy development, by visiting the main European Institutions and stakeholders in the youth field and through the quality and innovative NFE activities led by experienced trainers.
