The Program “Innovate Yourself to Success” is a multilateral youth exchange activity, planned to be implemented in Limassol. The total number of participants is 30 and the come from 8 different countries including Cyprus. The dates of the exchange is at 13-20 November 2014 (setting the November 13 as the arrival day and the 20th as the departure day). Planned activities include name games, ice breaking activities, outdoor activities, roundtable discussions, workshops, theatrical games and presentations.The aim of the program is for participants to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that are essential for creating and maintaining a business. Participants will attend a well organized program and will be directly involved in it so as to develop their creativity and entrepreneurship. The proposed project will last in total four months. During this period we will be systematically communicate with our partners, by having teleconferences, in order to coordinate our workshops at local level, the results of which participants will present during the exchange. Also it is necessary to implement a preparatory meeting for better coordination and well implementation of the program.
