Project "Innovate your future" is dedicate to young people who care about their future and it is important to choose a profession for them. The main problem that we deal with this project, is that for those young people who are studying in school it is difficult to decide what specialty to choose. They are not familiar with employment opportunities, are not interested in their future and do not choose those specialties that are necessary for the public after a certain time. The main objective of the project is to identify the factors that determine the choice of profession and help to choose their studying programms. The main activity of the Project "Innovate your future" - 7 day international exchange - will take part in 30 school-age people from Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. Participants of the project will improve their competencies : organization , planning , coordination, accountability and teamwork skills. A non-competitive environment will help them to absorb the knowledge and skills. We will apply interesting, involving innovative methods. We will get familiar with the peculiarities of different cultures, share experiences through participants prepared presentations and other information tools. Participants in the project will share its knowledge, become familiar with other cultures and learn about proffessions, their advantages and disadvantages. They will understand what profession they are closest to and who they want to be when they will grow up. After returning home participants will be able to use learned skills in their countries.
