In today's economic realities particular importance in contributing to the growth of employment gains support entrepreneurship in vocational education . Graduates of vocational schools often lack motivation and support in the first steps posed on the labor market in the area of business . Preparing young entrepreneurs to the effective functioning of the labor market requires the development of comprehensive and effective tools. The aim of the project is to provide a comprehensive support for vocational school graduates planning to start their own business through targeted to their needs Busines Incubator where young people can find support , consultancy and training . Developing a model of the functioning of the incubator in a strategic partnership , with the development of tools that will be used in it , as well as the development of a comprehensive training program and methodology - will support the efficient and effective functioning of the Incubator . Developing a model of the Business Incubator will be preceded by the study needs of vocational schools in this area (study conducted on a group of 100 students in each partner country ) . Busines Incubator model developed will be in the form of publications (in each of the partner countries) to ensure its durability and ease of dissemination of this model. Additional support in the launch of the Incubator and its comprehensive support for young people after the vocational school will train 15 teachers / trainers on the topic of training intended for young entrepreneurs. Exchange of experience in this area in the partner countries will provide innovative and effective action taken. The purpose of the prevalence model developed - will be held to disseminate conferences in each of the partner countries, which will contribute to the enlargement of the impact of the model . Model Business Incubator is an effective tool , which will be used by vocational schools , labor market institutions and other entities supporting graduates of vocational schools to start their business. Take the subject of entrepreneurship support young people - graduates of vocational schools will also increase awareness in this field among local authorities , as well as among actors supporting young people in the labor market at national and European level .
