There are great differences in the way European countries support their pupils of their schools. The project should offer the posibility to get to know different systems and to exchange the experiences in order to persue new ways in the leadership of teams of teachers by mutual completians and suggestions. As a school leader I would take part in this project with the objective to motivate the teachers of my school to try new ways of teaching and to get to know more about successful school development. It is important to improve the quality of teaching and to support all our students, therefore it is necessary to know best practice examples. One of the finest examples for school development is Finland and a particular emphasis is placed on how schools in Finland promote integrative and inclusive education and how they prevent school failure. Local contacts and visits to schools and to regional pedagogical facilities, which will present special aspects of leadership and school development, are provided. That will get completed by professional talks and the exchange of informations between European scholl leaders.
