“IC - Step 2” is a training course for youth leaders and workers and school teachers with the aim to increase knowledge in activities related to human rights, social inclusion and becoming part of using the non-formal education methods. The training focused on issue how to help parents, leaders and educators understand the children and young people of the social risk group by living their part. We had an idea to arrange training by putting together the experience and new ideas, in which there could develop a creative approach for social inclusion through becoming part of something and outdoor activities, as well as offer new methods to the institutions dealing with the social inclusion how to talk about it and how to inform the public about its importance at both European and local level, and how it is related to human rights. As well as to train youth leaders, teachers and parents working with the children and young people of the social risk group to understand and get into the social inclusion from the other hand - the target audience. Because these are the employees and parents doing the work with all their hearts, but they also need training to acquire new methods by learning from other experiences. We led the first phase of the training in Slovenia in atumn 2013, which was very successful and reached unexpectedly high results.
