The main idea was that the final products would have a long-term influence in terms of vocational training in the whole territory of the European Union. Exploitation of unified pack of vocational trainings in all countries would result in elimination of formal and informal barriers concerning easy-flow of employees and equalize differences in professional qualifications level. Moreover the project would increase number of well-qualified employees. Equalization of qualifications between EU countries would result in effective experiences exchange; simplify identification of different types of problems and implementation of preventive means and innovation in construction works during day to day work. In scope of the project there was evaluated model of trainings which was possible to be implemented on different national levels and in different units interested in particular trainings e.g. PROCONSTR modules could be used as a supplementary materials to standard curricula in construction schools.
