Reconstruction of access roads for motor and non-motorized transport in tourist areas popular year-round and targets frequented by Veľká Javorina, the highest peak of the White Carpathians, a traditional meeting place for Slovaks and Czechs. The project consisted in the Czech part of the reconstruction of the road III / 49914 in the section Suchovské mills - Vápenky in the length of 4.18 km and building a new section of cycle path Vápenky - Nová Lhota of 1.5 km, including rest areas. On the Slovak side was realized reconstruction of the road III / 58120 Javorina (Holubyho chata) - borders with the Czech Republic in the length of 6.6 km. Expected Results: The main aim of improving the accessibility and quality connection to the border region to the road of national significance, increase safety and attractiveness of the region to support the development of tourism in the border Rego Great Javorina, through the completion of selected sections of transport infrastructure in the Czech and Slovak side of the border.
