Improving relationship between teachers and guards
This Grundtvig partnership aims to think about the relationship between educative and security teams in a prison.All of us know that sometimes it's uneasy to make them working together in the best conditions, because they don't understand each other. They have their own concerns, and it's difficult to make sense between educative objectives and security obligations.We want to improve this cooperation, and aim to make them working better for the best education and reinclusion of the inmates.
