EDOS Foundation is a young and at the moment still small organisation with a large network on national and interational level. We have participated in a Grundtvig Learning Partnership, have organised a Grundtvig Workshop, and have developed a Grundtvig Inservice Training.
Under the Erasmus+ Programme we are preparing an application for a strategic partnership for the 2014 deadline, and we might be involved as partner organisation in another strategic partnership application. We also plan to develop training courses in the field of adult education, to be offered for the 2015 deadline of KA1.
Looking back at our experiences in the framework of the Life Long Learning Programme, and looking forward to the challenges and opportunities of the Erasmus+ Programme, we have identified as our training needs for the years to come:
- the role of the project leader in Erasmus+ KA2
- dissemination and exploitation of project outcomes
- use of social media in the framework of Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2
- learning styles and learning motivation of adults
- e-learning / new ways of learning
- networking.
For this first year of the Erasmus+ Programme, our priorities are ''dissemination and exploitation'' and ''E-learning''. ''Dissemination and exploitation'' because we are aware of the importance of this in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, ''E-learning'' because we are aware of the fact that we have to adapt our training skills to new developments.
