Within the framework of the project, the project partners aim to create a single surface bilingual news and community portal, for the population of both regions. A responsible editing committee and an agency office has been set up on each side in order to run and supervise the portal. The general objective of the project is to improve cross-border communication, in order to promote the joint development of the co-operation area. Specific objectives are linked to defining the basic concepts and course of the new IT project plan and training of bilingual media experts. The target groups of the project are 45.000 inhabitants of Szeghalom, and the 5.000 inhabitants of Bors region and its surroundings, economical enterprises, cultural and tourism operators of Szeghalom and Borş region, tourists etc.
