The purpose of the project is to improve the customer service towards users of public transportation in the Oresund Region.The project will primarily base its work on the following statements:- It should be easier for the citizens in the Oresund Region to use the complete public transportation system- It should be easier for the citizen in the region to get information about public transportation and the different offers that exist- It should be easier for the customer service on each side of the Sound to offer qualified service to both Danish and Swedish citizensThe project will through a number of joint activities strengthen the cooperation between the two customer services and exchange experience on services to the customers
