The project focuses on innovation and transfer of products of the pilot project "Improvement of the Quality, Effectiveness and Efficiency of Healthcare Services" (SK/03/B/F/PP-177014). The primary actions foreseen by the new projects are: - Collaborative Quality Function Deployment of the Virtual HealthCare Quality Centre; - utilisation of new software for the existing content management portal; - Managerial VET via extended glossary of terms and definitions and learning cards (Glossary Centred Learning - GCL); - adaptation of recently developed modules to customer needs and collaborative development of two new VET modules: "e-Healthcare Organisation and System management" and "Healthcare Economy", and development of one module for training of general public, "Quality of Life and Well-Being"; - development of further managerial methods and tools; - introduction of the ETCS credit systems,Main target groups include healthcare managers and administrators, healthcare and social health personnel, doctors who want to master management in healthcare; patients including disabled people, all citizens as managers of their own health.
