Many young people, aged 20-30, have higher forms of education but few are working in the studied domain. Unfortunately unemployment reaches high rates in our village. Some families are leading their own business, mainly in tourism, but it is not gainful due to the poor tourism circulation, every family have a second occupation. Others have small farms but also as a second occupation. Our partners from Georgia, Serbia and Ukraine will send rural youth workers who work with young people with multi problems situation in daily basis. As youth workers from rural and isolated areas, one of our biggest challenges is to provide such type of youth work activities for young people after finishing their schools and stay in our villages, settlements, islands, etc. which can support them to develop and improve competences which can be useful for them to find a job, to support them to be able to recognize their strength, to empower them to be active part if their local societies even as volunteers, etc. So youth workers from rural areas have to have a supportive role towards young people from multi problems situation and having appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to be able to prepare, run and evaluate local and transnational youth activities on fighting against unemployment of young people I rural areas: to foster self – esteem and self – confidence of young people, to provide possibility for them practice foreign languages, to initiate ideas for local actions and get support to realise it, to learn being responsible for small local actions, to practice entrepreneurship, etc. Our main aim is to discuss and share experiences from different and similar approaches and realities of youth work regarding to fight against unemployment of young people in different countries especially from rural areas. To develop common understandings of youth work according to Erasmus + Programme and to develop new projects in order to support young peoples’ competence development from rural areas in order to create more job opportunities and encourage their entrepreneur skills. The course is designed as an open learning process based on participants’ experience and exchange. The training course will follow the non-formal education approach. A combination of the different creative and interactive methods will be used by the international trainers’ team and designed upon the profile of participants.
