The reason for seeking teacher training program in new technologies in education, arose the need for enriching teaching means in teaching practice. Part of our teaching stuff, moved at the headquarters of ITC organization, to be trained in ICT. This action has been accompanied by an assessment of each training step and a comparison of the teaching outcomes, before and after the implementation of the program. The reason this has been pursued through a European Programme, is based on the exchange of experiences with colleagues who have similar training needs and the experience of the organization. The way that other European colleagues have incorporated new technologies in their teaching, helped us to be embedded by the sense of European citizenship, namely secure action in an environment with the same needs and different approaches. The ultimate aspiration was to integrate ICT in the daily practice, completely targeted, teaching all disciplines homogenised, brought added value to the educational practice. Trainees have been formed the initial core that functioned multiplier and passed on their knowledge and experience. This encouraged all Members to exploit the resources the school has.
