Theme: cultural diversity as a positive and powerful tool within international youth exchanges by active participation of young people. To built tolerance towards cultural diversity and find common European roots into it throughout the active participation of young people.Main aim is to train youth workers and youth leaders to be capable of preparing, implementing, and evaluating workshops on cultural diversity within international youth exchanges. To raise awareness on cultural diversity and to develop competences for using cultural diversity as a positive and powerful tool within youth work. To understand and develop different ways of active participation of young people within cultural diversity projects.The trainers will use the following non formal education methods during the seminar: working in small mixed groups, working in pairs, working in big groups, creating montage, theatre play, finding parallels between theory and practice, presentations, associations, etc. All activities and working methods are learner-centred. It is build on the needs and expectations of participants.
