The aim of the project is to develop new economic communication between the settlements of Szentes and Dumbravita. They would like to create opportunities for the local enterprises to search for new business partners and to develop economic communications between the two countries. Target groups are the companies, entrepreneurs and local enterprises of Szentes and Dumbravita. They would like to accomplish the project by organizing such events in both countries that would result in building new economic communication. The cross-border character of the project is that these events will be organized in both countries. The direct effects of the planned programs are the new communications while the already existing ones would improve. Cross-border advantage is that the participating partners on these events are looking for new business partners in each other’s country.The general objective of the project is developing economic and social connections, economic cohesion.The project’s direct beneficiaries are the entrepreneurs of Szentes and Dumbravita. There is a tendency of growing number of enterprises in Szentes and its neighbouring settlements since 2000. Target groups of the project are the local enterprises because they play an important role in the town’s life: They help the economic and social development of the settlements and ensure the rise of the living standard. These enterprises take part in the annual events, exhibitions organized by the town, and during these events the need for improving these events arouse. Among project results: 3 joint events, 3 exhibitions, website, and publications.
