The project "Hip-hop beyond borders" is a trilateral youth exchange between Poland, Spain and Italy. The main topic of the exchange is hip-hop culture and its inflence on solving social problems and social exclusion. We believe that the passion lie graffiti and breakdancing may lead that marginalised person can over come this situation. Art can change someones life.The objectives of the project are:- to include youth from Konstancin into social life- to interest ithem in graffiti and breakdance- to promote graffiti and fighting the stereotype that it's just mindless vandalism- to promote Erasmus +- to combat social problems- intercultural learning- to improveme language competences (in English) of participants- to raise the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities- to raise awareness of EU citizenship and the rights that are associated with itThe exchange involved 30 participants from three European countries (Spain, Italy, Poland), 10 people in each group. Participants are young people aged 18 - 25 years interested in the culture of hip-hop.The project has been used in non-formal education methods.Anticipated results of the project are: to create an exhibition of works, the execution of graffiti on a wall shared for the project, a publication about the project, to produce a promotional video, social inclusion of youth with Konstancin.The potential long-term benefit is to create in the future similar projects on social inclusion through the culture of hip-hop.
